Dear MPD readers, 

This is my 2nd entry.. well.. this time is about my new resolution.. For years and years I've tried to achieve it but somehow, until now, I didn't manage to do it. Now it's getting late and it is becoming crucial for me to make it happen...

Ahh..stop the blabber! One thing that a girl always cautious of - having an ideal weight & body shape while having a great health for life to come! Believe it or no, I'm already in the OBESITY category and it scares me.. and so, I have asked my housemate a.k.a my new coach to coach me towards my ideal weight.. (So, be +ve my dear-- hope that my effort this time comes true!) 

So, mark today guys!! This is my day 1 attempt at trying to get a better health & weight.. do pray that I have the will to REDUCE my food portion.. haha.. I'm a type of a girl that enjoy food so much. I can spend so much on eating until I get satisfied with the food.. Bad habit right? Well, I'm trying to change here guys.. so I need your support (moral support - heh)

So, in order for me to keep track of my weight, I created a ticker. I want to congratulate myself -- I went to jog in UUM with my coach (Ms Yana) and manage to run+jog+brisk walk for three laps.. victory for today..yeay for me.. So, enough of this weight loss but do take note that I am going on mild diet + exercise for this resolution. Those out there wants to try, please do a healthy and safe way..
